This year, we celebrated a significant milestone in our sustainability journey—a Silver Medal from EcoVadis, the world’s most trusted sustainability ratings platform! Not only did we achieve this fantastic recognition, but our score also places us in the top 25% of companies assessed by EcoVadis.

The 5% Club focuses on driving skills training opportunities. As part of this club, we’re dedicated to having at least 5% of our workforce in ‘earn and learn’ positions such as apprenticeships, traineeships and other development opportunities to help tackle the issues of skills shortages and youth unemployment.
