In 2021 we proudly launched Marlowe Protecting Tomorrow; our Marlowe Fire & Security Group Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy that will underpin our corporate social responsibility initiatives and commitments for the next 5 years.

Complementary to Protecting Tomorrow, we issued our Code of Ethics which underpins our stance on ethical trading and behaviour and outlines how the senior leadership teams across our businesses expect everyone in our organisation to conduct themselves.

Ensuring our moral compass is pointing in the right direction is the foundation all of our future pledges contained within Protecting Tomorrow.

Our Achievements

Alcumus ISOQAR Certification
For the provision of ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 14001 Environmental Management (EMS) and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety (OHSMS) (replaces BS OHSAS 18001 accreditation).

Certified as a Gold Fleet by the Energy Saving Trust
In recognition for our efforts in dramatically reducing our CO2 and CO2 equivalent emissions in accordance with the objectives of our established and certified ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.

Certified under the Institute of Customer Service (ICS)
For our work in building a customer focused business, developing and recognising staff and working towards a customer service accreditation.

Our Commitment to Charities

Marlowe Fire & Security has always supported charities that are close to the hearts of its Team Members.

As such, In 2021 Marlowe Fire & Security decided to shift our focus to support charities or community projects that are closely linked to our team members or reside in the locality of our offices.

Our Commitment to our People

A huge amount of effort goes into making sure employees are happy with their working lifestyle. Our CEO personally conducts an annual employee survey, the results of which shape the decisions we take. 

Our open plan office reflects our open culture. With every member of the Senior team available and visible, information flow is excellent, and issues are dealt with and resolved quickly. We recognise the achievements of all and are keen to give praise both informally and formally through company award schemes. 

We believe that recruiting the right people and then working as hard as we do to retain them directly correlates with the levels of commitment and service we then show our customers.
