Job Title: Apprentice Portal Administrator
Based at: Salford Quays

Job Summary:

To provide administrative support to existing team members in what is a busy and expanding part of the Marlowe Fire and Security Group. The role requires a proactive approach and excellent personal interaction with both internal and external Customers supporting our Customer Charter. An official Apprenticeship Administration course will also be provided along with continued support and guidance from your Line Manager and Team.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Work closely with your assigned Portal customers and the Portal administrators to meet customer expectations
Monitor customer Portals and update worksheets where required
Monitor the National Account mail box in real time to ensure all emails are acknowledged in 24 hours & responded to within agreed timeframes
Update client Portals and helpdesks in line with specific account instructions
Ensuring all calls are answered within 3 rings
Review and respond to all customer enquiries, supporting your colleagues
Liaise with all internal teams to ensure effective response times to customers and works completed within SLA
Submission of customer reports where required
Escalate any potential risks to the business to your Supervisor & Customer Service Manager
General office, administration and ad hoc duties where required
Ensure processes and deadlines are met through chasing up required information and escalation to management if necessary.
