Marlowe plc acquires Alarm Communication Limited (ACL)

We are delighted to announce that Marlowe plc has acquired Alarm Communication Limited (ACL).

Founded in 1984, Surrey based ACL are a leading team of fire protection, commercial security systems and Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) specialists.

Working across these three core services, ACL create safe, secure and sustainable spaces, making a positive impact on communities and the environment. ACL supply, install, and maintain Building Energy Management Systems that are customized to suit customers’ specific project requirements and to help businesses reduce energy and maintenance costs while optimizing their building.

ACL will now sit alongside the other 8 brands; Marlowe Fire & Security, Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression, BBC Fire & Security, FAFS Fire & Security, FSE Fire & Security, Island Fire Protection, Morgan Fire Protection and Hadrian Technology, as an integral part of the Marlowe Fire & Security Group, the Fire Life Safety and Security Division of Marlowe plc.
