Rob is a financially competent and commercially astute entrepreneur, business manager and strategic leader. Since joining in 2017, Rob has implemented measured business transformation processes reflected in the organisation’s demonstrable success in business growth and P & L delivery.
Previously responsible for the Division’s Business Development Strategy and Account Management governance processes, Paul recently moved into the role of Managing Director where he applies his industry knowledge and experience to deliver results.
Divisional Finance Director
Bringing with him over a decade of experience in senior financial positions, Simon is well equipped in his role of advising the Board of Directors with regards to business growth. He joined the Company as Finance Director in 2018.

Jennifer is a chartered FCIPD qualified HR Director with over 15 years strategic
HR and Organisational Development experience in providing advice, support and guidance on people issues, recruitment, leadership development and commercial performance.
CHIEF Commercial OFFICER
Since joining in 2007 as a Graduate, Michael has supported various areas with a focus on business development through professional procurement practices. Recently, his remit has grown to incorporate overall responsibility for marketing and contractual governance.
DIVISIONAL COMPLIANCE DIRECTOr
A dedicated safety professional (Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner), Mark joined the company in 2020 and has worked in the Fire and Security industry for the last 13 years. Prior to that he worked in the field of Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Compliance for over 30 years.
HEAD OF FIRE SAFETY
Mark joined as Head of Fire Safety in 2021 to lead the fire safety team and develop the strategic direction of the fire safety business. Mark brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise and is a graduate of the Institution of Fire Engineers (GIFireE) and holds the CFPA (Confederation of Fire Protection Associations) Europe Diploma in Fire Prevention.
KITCHEN FIRE SUPPRESSION DIRECTOR
Following the migration of Flamefast Fire Systems Limited to become a subsidiary of Marlowe Fire & Security Limited, Nigel joins as Kitchen Fire Suppression Director. After 12+ years at Flamefast Nigel will continue the exciting growth of the new brand Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression, development and implemention of new products and key supplier partnerships.
With a proven history of working in Senior Leadership roles for several large international businesses, Mike joined in 2019. Responsible for the performance of our large fleet of multi-skilled Service Engineers, he is passionate about our service delivery.
Paul directs the install and project teams, delivering complex Fire & Security solutions to our customer base. Having joined Marlowe Fire & Security in 2004, he began his current role of Projects Director in 2014.
Graham established our Defence & Government Services Business Unit which maintains the unique qualifications and clearances required to deliver fire life safety and security services to the most secure and critical sites within the UK.
Divisional iT Director
Peter has extensive experience in providing high level IT solutions to the security and monitoring industry, having previously worked for several international organisations where he provided Technical Management for over 10 years. Peter sits on numerous British and European industry steering committees and enjoys huge experience in designing and delivering IT and Connected Service solutions to our customers.
National Accounts Director
Since joining in 2001, Anna has gained extensive experience within the Company, allowing her to understand our customer’s needs and continue to develop relationships with our national account partners.

Barry is crucial to the generation of new sales opportunities and the development of existing relationships with our partners. He joined the Company in 2001 and became Regional Sales Manager in 2009.
Responsible for the design and delivery of complex fire and security systems, David has almost 30 years of industry experience. He joined the Company in 1999, taking his current role of Systems Director in 2015.

Damien joined in 2020 and brings with him 26 years of experience within the fire life safety and security industry. Leading our Key & National Account business development strategy, Damien works alongside our existing Sales Management Team to deliver an engaged experience to our customers and prospects.
ARC OPERATIONS MANAGER
With over 30 years’ experience in his field, Charlie is responsible for managing the day to day operation of our Category II NSI Gold Standard BS5979 accredited Alarm and Video Receiving Centre. Operating 24/7, Marlowe Connect continually monitors all alarm signals and reacts in the event of an activation, contacting the Emergency Services and nominated Keyholders.
