Meet the Team
Our Leadership Team brings together proven industry experts all of whom are committed to our guiding principles of Innovation and Customer Service.
Chief Executive Officer
Rob is a financially competent and commercially astute entrepreneur, business manager and strategic leader. Having joined the organisation in 2017, he brings with him demonstrable success in business growth and P & L delivery.
Group HR Director
Jennifer joined in 2011, progressing quickly through the business and becoming Group HR Director in 2018. This role encompasses the overall guidance, management and provision of strategy to the HR Department.
Divisional Finance Director
Bringing with him over a decade of experience in senior financial positions, Simon is well equipped in his role of advising the Board of Directors with regards to business growth. He joined the Company as Finance Director in 2018.
Sales & Marketing Director
Working in the fire and security industry since the tender age of 16, Paul joined the Company in 2014. Responsible for the commercial viability and growth of the business, he began the role of Sales and Marketing Director in 2017.
With the benefit of almost two decades in fire and security management, the insight Chris brings to the role of Service Director is invaluable. Joining in 2019, he is responsible for ensuring the consistently high standards of our Service Team.
Paul directs the install and project teams, delivering complex Fire & Security solutions to our customer base. Having joined Marlowe Fire & Security in 2004, he began his current role of Projects Director in 2014.
National Accounts Director
Since joining in 2001, Anna has gained extensive experience within the Company, allowing her to understand our customer’s needs and continue to develop relationships with our national account partners.
Responsible for the design and delivery of complex fire and security systems, David has almost 30 years of industry experience. He joined the Company in 1999, taking his current role of Systems Director in 2015.
Regional Sales Manager
Barry is crucial to the generation of new sales opportunities and the development of existing relationships with our partners. He joined the Company in 2001 and became Regional Sales Manager in 2009.
Employee of the Month
We launched our Employee of the Month initiative in September 2019 with the objective of celebrating Marlowe Fire & Security’s high achievers.
Every month, each Director is required to submit their nomination to the CEO outlining the reasons behind why the nominated Employee has made a difference and deserves the award.
The scheme runs in addition to the Customer Recognition Policy and Long Service Recognition Policy.
Senior Network Engineer
Since joining Marlowe Fire & Security Mark has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure the robustness of our critical IT Network Infrastructure.
Mark has recently spearheaded the improvement and development of our integrated Alarm & Video Receiving Centre ensuring the continued delivery of services to our customers.
Always available, helpful and informative, Mark is an important asset to the Team.
Luke received this accolade in light of the consistent hard work and high levels of service that he has provided to our customers.

“We have had ongoing issues with the CCTV system firmware. Luke has worked tirelessly day, night and weekend, remotely connecting and resetting systems while the problems are resolved.
