Chief Executive Officer
Rob is a financially competent and commercially astute entrepreneur, business manager and strategic leader. Since joining in 2017, Rob has implemented measured business transformation processes reflected in the organisation’s demonstrable success in business growth and P & L delivery.
Group HR Director
MCIPD Certified, Jennifer joined the business in 2011. Originating and leading our modern HR team, Jennifer guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the Group.
Divisional Finance Director
Bringing with him over a decade of experience in senior financial positions, Simon is well equipped in his role of advising the Board of Directors with regards to business growth. He joined the Company as Finance Director in 2018.
DIVISIONAL Sales Director
Working in the fire and security industry since 16, Paul joined in 2014. Responsible for the Division’s Business Development Strategy and Account Management governance processes, he applies his industry knowledge and experience to support his teams in delivering innovative value added solutions.
Divisional Commercial Director
Since joining in 2007 as a Graduate, Michael has supported various areas with a focus on business development through professional procurement practices. Recently, his remit has grown to incorporate overall responsibility for marketing and contractual governance.
With the benefit of almost two decades in fire and security management, the insight Chris brings to the role of Service Director is invaluable. Joining in 2019, he is responsible for ensuring the consistently high standards of our Service Team.
Paul directs the install and project teams, delivering complex Fire & Security solutions to our customer base. Having joined Marlowe Fire & Security in 2004, he began his current role of Projects Director in 2014.
Head of Compliance & DPO
IRCA, NEBOSH, IOSH and IEMA certified, Alan provides the Division, professional, qualified advice and guidance on all areas of Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Compliance. He is responsibility for the development and implementation of the Divisions continuous improvement strategy, working closely with the Senior Management Teams.
Head of Connected Services
As Head of Connected Services, Craig ensures that our dedicated, NSI Gold Certified, Alarm & Video Receiving Centre (AVRC) delivers the highest standards of service to our customers. Dedicated to the application of innovative technology to improve service, Craig remains at the forefront of innovative connected service technology.
Peter has extensive experience in providing high level IT solutions to the security and monitoring industry, having previously worked for several international organisations and the British Security Industry Association (BSIA) where he has provided Technical Support for over 10 years. Peter sits on numerous industry steering committees and enjoys huge experience in designing and delivering IT and Connected Service solutions to our customers.
As Strategic Assistant to our CEO, Robbie has a proven ability to complete complex projects to the highest standard, within agreed timescales. Robbie has created value added benefit across the Division working on a wide range of transformative projects from procurement exercises to customer service initiatives, from vehicle and driver behaviour role outs to office relocations, Robbie can always be relied on to get the job done.
Sam joined as a Graduate in 2013 and has since gained invaluable experience in multiple areas of the business including Service delivery, Marketing, Customer Care and most recently Integration as we became part of Marlowe plc. In his current role, Sam is responsible for overseeing our consultative approach to the integration of acquisitions to the Fire Life Safety & Security Division.
National Accounts Director
Since joining in 2001, Anna has gained extensive experience within the Company, allowing her to understand our customer’s needs and continue to develop relationships with our national account partners.
Regional Sales Manager
Barry is crucial to the generation of new sales opportunities and the development of existing relationships with our partners. He joined the Company in 2001 and became Regional Sales Manager in 2009.
Responsible for the design and delivery of complex fire and security systems, David has almost 30 years of industry experience. He joined the Company in 1999, taking his current role of Systems Director in 2015.
Responsible for sourcing and converting transformative business development opportunities, with a focus on large scale maintenance and monitoring contracts, Daniel’s analytical approach to data, combined with his mature commercial understanding of business process has been a proven benefit to all areas of the business.
Senior Credit Control Manager
Terry has worked in Credit Control for over 20 years and joined Marlowe Fire & Security in November 2018. Terry’s wealth of experience has proven to be an invaluable asset to the Company as he implements controlled processes while motivating his teams to achieve their goals.
National Service Manager
With a proven history of working in Senior Leadership roles for several large international businesses, Mike joined in 2019. Responsible for the performance of our large fleet of multi-skilled Service Engineers, he is passionate about our service delivery.
Helen is responsible for the delivery of the key administrative functions; Customer Service, Call Receipt, Customer Account Administration, Billing. To ensure the retention and development of our Service Customer Base, she applies her in-depth knowledge of our bespoke Operating System and people management skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Fire Safety Manager
DipFD, FSIDip and AIFSM certified, Alex has a comprehensive understanding of the application of fire safety legislation and its practical application. Since joining as an Apprentice in 2006 Alex achieved promotion through his dedication to Continuous Professional Development.
Employee of the Month
We launched our Employee of the Month initiative in September 2019 with the objective of celebrating Marlowe Fire & Security’s high achievers.
Every month, each Director is required to submit their nomination to the CEO outlining the reasons behind why the nominated Employee has made a difference and deserves the award.
The scheme runs in addition to the Customer Recognition Policy and Long Service Recognition Policy.
Ben has been a great ambassador for Marlowe customer service this month.
One of our customers, One Stop Stores, has been the subject of targeted break in’s this month. Whilst working in Birmingham, on his own initiative Ben drove past a One Stop store which had been the victim of a break in and assisted the Police and Store Manager by resetting the systems and re-securing the building.
Praise for Ben’s actions were cascaded by Darron Gee, One Stop Account Manager:
“We received glowing praise for Ben, they were very impressed by his professionalism and willingness to help, Ben went above and beyond expectation by supporting a key Customer’s site that had been broken-in to. Attitudes like this put us in a great position with the client for the future.”
Senior Network Engineer
Since joining Marlowe Fire & Security Mark has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure the robustness of our critical IT Network Infrastructure.
Mark has recently spearheaded the improvement and development of our integrated Alarm & Video Receiving Centre ensuring the continued delivery of services to our customers.
Always available, helpful and informative, Mark is an important asset to the Team.
Luke received this accolade in light of the consistent hard work and high levels of service that he has provided to our customers.
One of our valued and long-standing partners commented:
“We have had ongoing issues with the CCTV system firmware. Luke has worked tirelessly day, night and weekend, remotely connecting and resetting systems while the problems are resolved. In addition Luke has been in daily contact with the resolution team from the manufacturer, despite having been on holiday for the past 10 days. Certainly above and beyond in terms of his commitment”.
