Under this standard, it is advised that maintenance visits are provided every six months to ensure 100% of all equipment is tested annually.

Every six months our Service Engineer will visit your property to test your system and ensure that you are protected at all times.

Should something go wrong Marlowe Fire & Security maintains a 24/7 manned Service Desk that you can rely on to rectify any issue quickly and effectively.

All Fire Alarm System management can be enhanced by using Marlowe Compleye, our cloud hosted fire alarm portal that connects to your fire alarm system to make it easy for you to access, manage and control the performance of your fire alarm system at any time and from anywhere. Also provides compliance to BS 8644-1 ‘Digital Maintenance of Fire Safety Information’ with instant access to digital service records.

Service and maintenance efficiencies can be further improved using the latest self-testing detectors. Self-test features remove the risk to access awkward places such ceiling voids, lift shafts, service corridors, plant rooms, and allows a less intrusive engineer attendance.
