The cost of monitoring your fire detection system 24/7 is negligible when you consider the devastating impact of a fire that is not responded to quickly and effectively by the emergency services
When monitored, the response of the emergency services to a fire within your premises is no longer dependent on the occupants of your premises or strangers walking past your building.
Operating 24/7, 365 days a year through the latest communications technologies, our Category 2 NSI Gold Standard, certified Alarm and Video Receiving Centre, Connect Monitoring, works alongside the Emergency Services to protect your property and people.
Monitoring can also be tailored to comply with local fire authority requirements. Reduce false alarm call outs, provide notification of a confirmed fire alarm, or a fire alarm with a sleeping risk.
By investing in fire alarm monitoring, you receive the peace of mind that your business is always protected day and night, with the emergency services on hand much faster to save lives, assets and buildings.

What happens on alarm activation?
In the event of a fire, the alarm is activated by a heat or smoke detector and a digital signal is sent automatically to our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) within seconds.
Our highly trained team of operators verify the incident (to ensure it’s not a false alarm) and ensure that your local fire and rescue service is alerted immediately and keyholders informed.
Simultaneously, the alarm’s control panel sends an alert to an operator enabling them to identify the fire’s location and pass on this important information to the emergency services.
