Swift Fire & Security are delighted to announce that we have completed the acquisition of Swift Alarm Group Ltd’s (T/A SwiftSafyre) national and regional key account customers together with exclusive rights to utilise the business names ‘Swift Alarms’ and ‘SwiftSafyre’ moving forward.
To reinforce our established Major Account portfolio, we have acquired the Kent based company’s national account business including several leading national retailers and premier hospitality businesses.
Through the acquisition, Swift has also acquired c. 170 commercial, multi discipline maintenance and monitoring contracts to complement our regional infrastructure.
To guarantee that our new and current customers are provided with the highest levels of service, we are currently in the process of transferring in members of Operational, Administrative and Managerial staff from SwiftSafyre.
This acquisition represents a huge opportunity for Swift Fire & Security to grow on the national stage, further cementing our position as the UK’s leading independent fire and security service provider.
