How To Enter

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or older, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

To enter, the individual needs to find 4 individual letters being held by an elf/person in elf costume photograph contained within the website pages. Once all 4 letters have been found the entrant must form those letters to make a Christmas related word and submit the word in writing via email to the marketing team. By doing so they understand that they are accepting the Terms and Conditions.

A maximum of one entry per Participant (as represented by the email address) will be included in the prize draw. 

The prize draw will be drawn on the 20th December so all entries must be received before this date.

The Prizes

One winner will be chosen from all valid entries by random draw by Wednesday 20th of December 2023.

The prize is a £50 Love to Shop voucher, subject to the following limitations:

(1) The voucher expires after 6 months from the date of issue.

(2) The voucher can be redeemed at any shop included in the Love to Shop portfolio.

(3) The prize does not include transportation, meals, drinks, entertainment, spending money, installation or any costs or items not specifically mentioned above.

Prize Redemption
The winner must use the vouchers within 6 months of the voucher being issued.

Data Protection & Publicity

If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your first name and initial of your surname as the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purpose.
By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

General

Incomplete or illegible entries or entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will be rejected.

No bulk, machine generated, consumer group entries will be accepted.

Unless otherwise stated, our prize draws and competitions are open to all except employees of the Marlowe Fire & Security Group, or any subsidary business of Marlowe PLC, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

Any attempted interference with the running of this prize draw will result in a void entry. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries which are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

To the extent permitted by law the Promoter shall have no liability for any claims, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or the allocation or use of the prize.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into; however the Promoter will send the name and county of the winner within 28 working days to anyone who writes requesting details of the winner and enclosing a self-addressed envelope to “Marketing Department, Marlowe Fire & Security, 5 Ohio Avenue, Salford, M50 2GT.The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By submitting your entry to the prize draw, the entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
