A highly capable technical specialist, Clayton has self-built six Group websites, created automated workflows for the MFS site and continually expands his skillset – even teaching himself JavaScript to enhance the MFS Careers page. He has also driven a marked improvement in lead-logging adoption across multiple business units through clear guidance, support and proactive performance monitoring.
