We’re proud to recognise Steph as our Employee of the Month for her outstanding contribution and tireless commitment to the ARC and wider business!
On top of her regular workload, Steph has been instrumental in managing the Boots transmitter swap-out programme, covering nearly 2,000 sites. From ordering and labelling equipment, coordinating shipments to engineers, and ensuring all site signalling protocols are correctly databased—she’s taken full ownership from the ARC perspective. Often working overtime to meet engineer commissioning deadlines, her efforts have been vital to keeping this programme on track.
Steph is also the go-to person for the sales teams, regularly advising on transmitter specifications and supporting quotations with expert input on signalling grades and risk assessments—something especially valuable as we onboard new sales team members unfamiliar with monitoring.
She’s someone who operates quietly under the radar but brings enormous value to the team.
