Congratulations to our Marl high Winner of April 2025, Lukenia Vieira!
Lukenia joined Marlowe in the late summer of 2022 and has since become a key figure in subcontractor compliance and the management of Safety Systems in Procurement.
While balancing the demands of being a working parent, she has also completed a three-year apprenticeship—graduating with a distinction. As well as successfully passing her NEBOSH General Certificate, a qualification held by only a select few across the group.
She now plays a central role in our EcoVadis certification efforts and contributes significantly to our ESG work under the guidance of Jenn Hulme.
Pictured are some of Lukenia’s colleagues from the Compliance team, who have supported and collaborated with her over the last few years. Her energy, drive, and attention to detail have made her a vital part of the wider team—and someone who truly keeps us on our toes!
For those who know her well, Alan Bolton affectionately coined the nickname “Lucky”—and we couldn’t agree more. We’re incredibly lucky to have her in our team.
